The Black Aluma line is our revolutionary line of new products.
Using the most robust 6063 aluminum alloy used for all outdoor architectural applications, aluminum alloys are one of the primary materials today in the aerospace industry; spacecraft, space shuttles, and the International Space Station rely on aluminum to enable space exploration. Entering mainstream use during and after World War 2, it is no exaggeration to say that modern aviation and aerospace exploration would not have been possible without aluminum alloy.
The products we have created within our Black Aluma line are a dream come true. We faced many challenges as a custom fence, railing, and gate company when customers requested custom cable railing, aluminum fence, gate, or glass railing.
The main challenge was sourcing the material, high cost, and minimal options both for design and size.
After years of research, designing, new parts, engineering, testing, and most importantly, listening to our customer's requests, what they "wish we had that we didn't have," we finally found the right partners overseas who can take our ideas and our designs and extrude the profiles of aluminum, with our minimum requirements for quality, giving us complete control over the entire process starting from designing every tiny detail to choosing the right thickness for each profile, to the final and crucial step, powder coating, with the correct black color, the right thickness and just enough texture where our entire line will have the same sleek finished look.
